Zapp is built on a double-entry accounting engine. Sell, buy, pay staff or move stock, and the entry is posted as it happens. Nobody re-types anything.

Talk to usHow does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with every feature switched on. At the end you choose a plan and keep everything you set up. If you need more time to decide, ask us and we can extend it.
Does it work when the internet goes off?
Yes, at the till. Sales are saved on the device and sent automatically when the connection comes back. The rest of Zapp needs a connection.
Can customers pay with mobile money?
Yes. Record MTN MoMo and Airtel Money payments like any other, next to cash, card and bank.
Does Zapp file my taxes with URA?
Zapp keeps VAT, withholding tax, PAYE and NSSF up to date as you trade, and shows what is due and when. You file with URA yourself, from figures you can trust.
Can I bring my existing products and customers?
Yes. You can import products, customers and other lists from Excel instead of typing them in.
I have more than one business. Can I run them together?
Yes, on the larger plans you agree with our sales team. You add sister companies and switch between them, or see them together on the dashboards. Each keeps its own books and staff.
Do I need to know accounting?
No. You sell, buy and pay staff as usual, and Zapp writes the accounting entries for you. Your accountant gets proper books: a ledger, trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet, with every entry linked to where it came from.
Can I connect Zapp to my website or app?
Yes. Create API keys in Zapp, try them in test mode, then go live. Your website or app can send in what happens there, and Zapp tells it by signed webhook when each one is in the books.
Can I start with only a few tools?
Yes. Hide anything you do not need yet and switch it on later. Nothing is lost.
